Earned pinnacle career highlight as an Operator on the FBI’s Hostage Rescue Team (HRT), confronting the most complex national security threats and engaging in high-risk arrests, sensitive site exploitations, combat theater operations with DoD special mission units, and international deployments to protect FBI personnel. Repeatedly built and led high-performance and highly trained teams committed to making a critical difference, delivering on complex security missions, and achieving operational excellence. He now leads the security operations and programs for Sipi Metals Corp. and is a highly regarded speaker on workplace violence reduction, active shooter preparation and mitigation.
