As General Manager of the Data Center Group, Terry will bring more than 25 years of experience, including his most recent role as Managing Director, EMEA, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams, earning client trust, and scaling complex operations. Combined with his deep understanding of the data center environment, his leadership experience uniquely positions him to further strengthen Northland’s ability to support this rapidly expanding sector.

In his new role, Terry will lead Northland’s global data center strategy, building on the company’s legacy of delivering industry-leading physical security solutions. His focus will be on aligning regional expertise to create a global experience for our customers, expanding specialized teams, and fortifying Northland’s ability to support data center clients across the full lifecycle, from initial design and installation through long-term operations. Through continued investment across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, Terry’s leadership will further advance Northland’s integrated, standards-driven approach to data center security.
