His promotion reflects years of hard work, trusted leadership, and a deep commitment to the success of both Northland and the people he works alongside every day.

Brendan began his career with Northland in 2014 as Executive Assistant to Owner, Pierre Trapanese, and quickly distinguished himself through his willingness to step into any opportunity that came his way. Within his first year, he transitioned into a Project Manager role, gaining valuable firsthand experience delivering complex, multimillion-dollar projects.

He later spent six months in Singapore as acting General Manager, gaining early leadership experience while playing a pivotal role in establishing Northland’s presence in the Asia-Pacific region. Upon returning, Brendan took the helm of Northland’s Professional Services organization, leading complex software integration projects for global enterprise customers and helping to further establish Northland as a recognized engineering leader in the industry.

In 2021, Brendan was promoted to Operations Manager for the Americas where he focused on fortifying the region’s capabilities while driving improvements in customer service, employee engagement, and operational discipline. Under his leadership, the Americas team expanded its capabilities while maintaining Northland’s dedication to a consistent, world-class customer experience.

Brendan’s promotion marks an important milestone in Northland’s growth and reinforces the company’s commitment to strong regional leadership, exceptional customer service, and investment in Northland’s global team.

Beyond his contributions to Northland, Brendan has held leadership roles with SIA RISE, the Foundation for Advancing Security Talent (FAST), and PSA Security Network. Through these organizations, he has focused on developing emerging professionals and advancing the next generation of security leaders. He has also been recognized as an IFSEC Global Influencer and named to Security Systems News’ “40 Under 40.”
