Yan brings deep industry expertise to his new role, including more than eight years of experience at Northland Controls and 25+ years of experience in the physical security industry. Since joining the company, he has advanced through a series of fundamental leadership roles, including Project Manager and EMEA Operations Manager, while developing a comprehensive, firsthand understanding of Northland’s delivery model and operational standards. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently driven strong performance, built high-functioning teams from the ground up, and upheld the best-in-class expectations of Northland’s global customer base.
