In his new role, he will oversee operations in Japan, drive strategic initiatives, and strengthen client and partner relationships as Northland expands its presence in the region.

Ono’s distinguished career includes senior roles at Security Design Inc., Diebold Enterprise Security Systems Japan Ltd. in Tokyo and Ikegami Electronics (U.S.A.) Inc., where he oversaw CCTV sales and marketing across North America. In 2017, he founded Manhan Corporation, serving as President and CEO and supporting multinational clients through integration, distribution, and consulting services. His client portfolio includes global organizations such as Apple, Microsoft, Oracle, Intel, FedEx, Salesforce, Amazon, and the French Embassy in Japan.
