Since its founding in 1982, Northland has been installing and maintaining Fire Alarm, Intrusion Detection, Access Control and Video systems in Northern California. For 23 years it remained a relatively small niche player providing quality services to its customers.
In 2005, Northland was acquired and its focus was changed to provide the highest level of service available in the Silicon Valley and to have the best team of Lenel professionals in the world. The response was phenomenal.
Mostly through word of mouth, the business tripled in one year. We solidified relationships with existing customers and gained the trust of elite companies such as eBay, Kaiser, John Muir Hospitals, Palm, Autodesk and Symantec.
The vision became reality.
